At the outset, on behalf of the Board of Directors, I wish to express my gratitude towards all of our stakeholders, account holders, our highly enthusiastic team of staff and well wishers who have always been with us throughout our journey for last 25 years. Nevertheless, without their utmost support and cooperation, we could not have achieved the position of being one of the leading banking service provider in the Cooperative banking sector.
Since conceptualisation of Open House banking model which started way back in 1995, Business Bank perceived the same idea and came into existence on 20th Feb. 1997 in Nashik Road.
Taking into consideration the various changes taking place in the Indian banking sector, Business Bank has always strived to adopt the latest technological advancement and succeeded to be at the forefront in rendering safe, secure and convenient banking facilities to its members. It is and will, relentlessly remain to take all the efforts to deliver innovative and responsive banking products of distinct quality and value thereby nurturing everlasting customer relations on a strong platform of trust and confidence.
It is indeed a feather in our cap to know that Business Bank is the first bank in cooperative sector to initiate the ATM facility in 1998 at the hands of Honorable Tabla Maestro, Ustad Zakir Hussain. We never looked back thereafter and today Business Bank is well connected to NFS network offering Rupay EMV ATM Debit card to all its account holders.
With an aim to extend our banking services in Nashik city, Business Bank, in 1999, started its another Branch at Mahatma Nagar and thereafter in 2000 & 2003, opened two more Branches at Deolali Camp & in the midst of commercial hub, MG Road, Nashik too. Nevertheless, by 2003, we could easily surpass the target of 100 Cr. Deposits with the broadened customer base and thereby win the confidence of our esteem account holders.
In this era of digitalisation, Business Bank has once again proved to be a forerunner in introducing Mobile Banking, IMPS, BBPS & UPI dynamic banking transaction modules in the Cooperative banking sector in Nashik. In retrospect, I am well aware that Business Bank has also witnessed upheavals in the last 25 years of its journey. It has not only enriched us but has instilled confidence in us and are now well fortified so as to geared up to take new leap attaining newer heights. Therefore, look forward to your continuous support and patronage as our Business Bank embarks on its journey from the most preferred to most favourite!
